Celtic Kitchen & Food Court
We will be featuring a new Celtic Kitchen at the MIMF this September. A large Celtic Kitchen, adjacent to Bob and Bernie's Pub will allow the Food Vendors more room to set up and serve the patrons at the Festival. Also, with the permanent utilities of water, sewer and electricity we will be able to provide a better environment for the Food Vendors. With new signage our patrons will know who is serving what menu and will be served in a more efficient manner.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2010 Michigan Irish Music Festival, September 17, 18 & 19. Food Vendors who have a STFU licensed concession wagon are encouraged to complete the Food Vendor application. We are always looking for vendors or non-profit groups able to serve authentic Irish food in our Celtic Kitchen. Applications may be submitted for review.
